上次，我们教研组活动，在听课研讨中，大家共同发现：英语的课堂教学，还存在着许多值得我们研究的问题，如：学生的学习兴趣不是很高、小组的合作还不协调，学生参与课堂的程度还需提高，教学环节的设计不能更好的为教学服务等等。针对这些问题，我们进一步做了梳理，经过教研组共同商讨，确定了本次教研活动的主题为：教学环节设计的有效性。根据这一主题，大家共同推荐了张小轩老师作课。现在就请张小轩老师谈一谈自己的教学反思和心得体会。
二、我们研究课堂教学是为了改进课堂，提高课堂效率。看了课例，又听了张老师的教学反思，相信我们在座的老师一定有很多的感受和想法要与大家交流。下面，请老师们根据这次研讨的主题，并结合课例谈谈在教学中需要改进的地方和有哪些策略。
