There were two pots on the bank of a river. One was made of brass, and the
other was made of clay.
When the water rose they both floated off down the river. The earthen pot
tried to stay away from the brass one.
So the brass pot cried out, "Fear nothing, friend, I will not hit you."
"But I may come in contact with you," said the earthen pot. "If I come too
close, whether I hit you or you hit me, I shall suffer for it."
After that the earthen pot floated away.

2. The Greedy Dog
A greedy dog stole a large, juicy bone from a butcher's shop and ran away quickly, escaping the butcher. He went to a field to enjoy his prize alone. On the way, he saw his reflection in the water with an even bigger bone. Fooled by the illusion, he dropped his bone and tried to catch the larger one, only to find that it was his own shadow. The dog returned home hungry, having lost his bone due to his gluttony.

3. The Lion in Love
A farmer and his daughter lived alone. She was both beautiful and considerate. The lion from the forest, smitten by her beauty, came to the village. Assuming the lion wanted to eat them, the father and daughter worked together to outsmart the lion. The daughter, disguised as the lion's reflection, tricked the lion into removing its claws and teeth, making it harmless. When the lion discovered the deception, it was too late.
